Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order. This means that you have 14 days (including public holidays and weekends) to return your order to us after receiving the goods. Once we have received the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price including shipping via bank transfer to your bank account.
If you wish, you can give us feedback and tell us the reason for your return on the return note sent with you.
We do not bear the return shipping costs; you would have to cover them yourself.

If the clothing already shows defects when you receive it, please contact us by email (office@anotherfitchick.com).
You then either have the option of getting your money back, or we will repair the goods or send you a replacement delivery.
In warranty cases and incorrect deliveries, we will of course reimburse you for the shipping costs.

As soon as your order has been packed and is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail from us. This message contains a tracking number so that you can track your package online via DHL live tracking on its journey to you.

Since the goods are produced exclusively for you, they are usually at your home after 21 to 28 days

We source and produce our clothing locally in Augsburg [Made in Augsburg].
How do you choose the materials?

With all our materials - from the fabrics to the bra cups to the packaging materials - we pay attention to quality, sustainability and aesthetics. We also only work with companies that share the same philosophy as us and are committed to sustainability through innovation and tradition.
Where exactly are the products manufactured?
Where exactly are the products manufactured?
We make sure that our textiles are produced fairly and have therefore decided to produce in Europe.
We source our fabrics from a Milan textile production facility with a long tradition and a focus on sustainability. The garments are then manufactured exclusively in a company in the Augsburg district, which has specialized in the production of sportswear for 70 years. Another Fitchick is Made in Augsburg.
What does "ready to wear" mean?
What does "ready to wear" mean?
The word prêt-à-porter comes from the French and means "ready-to-wear" or "ready to wear".
The clothes can be ordered in standard sizes, so "ready to wear". In contrast to mass-produced goods, prêt-à-porter fashion is not available from stock. Our collection pieces are limited edition and made exclusively for you after you place your order.

Slow fashion means that the items of clothing you order are not kept in stock, but are only produced when the order is placed. They are made in appreciative manual work under fair conditions in Germany.
Slow fashion also means that we make sure that our products can be worn for longer due to the quality of the workmanship and the high-quality materials.
We also offer a repair service if one of your parts should break.
It was important to us to create fashion that is as timeless as possible, which is not subject to any trends, but is simply always "in".
